The Dad Bros catch up with a long time friend of the show Josh from Texas Dad Blog. We learn that TXDB has been a little slow with his Texas ventures due to a big life change in his career. Rest assured that if you need details about Texas and what to do with family while there  TXDB (Josh) is still active and reachable on social media. Come 2019 he plans to be back at it updating regularly and sharing great things Texas has to offer.

We find out that the Dad Bros were invited to a BBQ release party at one of their favorite BBQ restaurants in Austin, TX. Unfortunately they were unable to attend due to scheduling conflicts but they enlisted the right man for the job! TXDB!! As an official Dad Bros Show correspondent TXDB was on scene to record what he saw and tasted. It was a tough job, but we new Josh (TXDB) would be up for the task.

TXDB shares the experience at SLAB BBQin Austin, TX and reveals what new menu items will be dropping (its a hip hop BBQ thing….we are trying here). The Dad Bros are made thoroughly hungry and jealous of the great evening TXDB got to spend with SLAB BBQ.
